Prof. Sarah Levin-Richardson鈥檚 book, The Brothel of Pompeii; Sex, Class, and Gender at the Margins of 海角网 Society (Cambridge 2019), is the subject of a recent podcast produced by the Times Literary Supplement, a venue more commonly known for its reviews of literary authors (such as Elena Ferrante, whose latest novel La vita bugiarda degli adulti is also discussed in the same podcast). In the podcast, Prof. Rebecca Langlands discusses the merits of Prof. Levin-Richardson鈥檚 book with the TLS editor, drawing attention to how the book 鈥渃ombines erudite detective work with feminist imagination.鈥
